Following on from the completion of Stage 3a and b civils, a key connection into the Kenepuru Landing subdivision is now open. Ngati Toa kaumatua, Porirua City dignitaries, and representatives from the project team gathered to bless the opening of Karearea Avenue.

Featured in the adjacent landscaped seating area, is a 4 metre high, intricately carved totara pou. This beautiful statement of Ngati Toa tikanga, welcomes residents and visitors alike into our subdivision.
